Terms of service

The minimum order is $35. Delivery costs $7.99 on orders from $35 to $59.99 and is free from $60. There are no service charges and no surge pricing. Sales tax is added at checkout.

We deliver on scheduled evening and next-day slots, Monday to Saturday. There are no Sunday deliveries. Slots close a few hours before they start, and a slot can fill up.

When you order, we place a temporary hold on your card. We charge the final amount after your items are picked, so you only pay for what we deliver.

You can edit or cancel an order from your order page until 4 PM PT on the day you place it. Cancelling releases the card hold.

See our returns and refunds policy. Tell us within 48 hours if anything isn't right.
