Where do you deliver?
Union City, CA 94587 only, for now. Nearby cities can join the waitlist.
What is the order minimum?
$35. Below that, checkout stays disabled — your basket shows exactly how much more you need.
What does delivery cost?
$7.99 on orders from $35 to $59.99. Free on orders of $60 or more. No service charges and no surge pricing, ever.
When can you deliver?
Evening and next-day scheduled windows, Monday through Saturday. There are no Sunday deliveries.
How do I pick a slot?
At checkout, pick a date first and then an open time window. Windows close a few hours before they start so your shopper has time to pack.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — until 4 PM PT on the day you order, from your order page. After that, message your shopper and we'll do our best.
What happens if something is out of stock?
You choose at checkout: replace with a similar item, ask us first, or refund it. We message before swapping anything.
How are refunds handled?
See the full returns & refunds policy. Short version: tell us within 48 hours and we refund or replace.
When is my card charged?
We place a temporary hold when you order and only charge the final amount once your items are picked and weighed. You never pay for something we couldn't deliver.
Do you sell non-vegetarian items?
Yes. Every product card and product page carries the standard Indian veg (green) or non-veg (brown) indicator so you can shop at a glance.
